Dr. Lozano is an expert in cross-cultural understanding and language acquisition. She has taught at elite institutions such as Princeton University, Columbia University, and Barnard University, and conducted research at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

She is the author of learning materials published by Cervantes Institute, as well as articles, a textbook, and a multimedia course on language learning. Her work has been extensively cited by educators.

Her research focuses on cognitive and social factors in third and additional language acquisition. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Relations at Harvard University to apply insights from culture and communication to global affairs.

Dr. Lozano has extensive experience in international project management and outreach, including work with the United Nations in New York, and UNESCO’s Global Education Monitoring Report.

She currently advises the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, European Commission, on art and culture initiatives. And she has been selected as a recognized expert for the European Parliament Research Service, contributing to analysis on key policy topics. 

She also collaborates with Harvard University’s Science of Diversity Lab on research and publications advancing social justice, scientific thinking, and artificial intelligence, bridging academic expertise with real-world impact.

She lives in New York City.
